Refund Policy

Vareweb does not provide any Service without your prior approval, acknowledgement or acceptance to this Refund Policy (hereafter, the “Policy”) and the Vareweb Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”). You may access the Terms & Conditions here. By entering into an arrangement, contract or agreement with Vareweb for the provision of any Service, you give us your formal, exclusive and non-revocable acknowledgement, consent, approval and acceptance to all the terms and conditions outlined in the Terms and the Policy.

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms. For the purpose of this Policy, “partial refund” means a 50% refund of the amount received by Vareweb.

Due to the wide range of Services provided by Vareweb, it is not possible for us to provide a generic refund policy that is applicable to all kinds of Services. For this very reason, we have worked hard to provide this Service-specific Policy, in which our refund terms related to each Service are individually listed for your ease of reference.

At Vareweb, every project is extremely crucial to us and we strive to ensure that we handle each client with utmost care and professionalism. Our aim is to provide the best results as per the terms and conditions outlined in the Engagement Contract/Proposal. However, despite every measure, if you still remain unsatisfied with the end-results, you may opt for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

In general, once work on an Engagement Contract/Proposal has commenced, a full refund or a partial refund may or may not be available, so please check out the service specific refund policies below:

Content, Design, & Development Services

Website Design & Development, eCommerce Solutions, Mobile Apps Design & Development, Logo Design & Branding, Web Copywriting, Landing Page Design, Flyer Design, Banner Design, Product Design, Product Descriptions, Website Content Writing, Blog Writing, Video Script:

Full refund may be claimed within:

  • 24 hours after you made the payment; or
  • 48 hours from receiving your Brief Form/Questionnaire, duly filled in by you or by Vareweb sales team, as the case may be, where a project manager has not yet been assigned to your project.

Partial refund may be claimed where:

  • The first mock-up/delivery made failed to cover any guidelines mentioned in your Brief Form/Questionnaire;
  • Your project manager goes unresponsive for 07 business days without notifying or informing you; or
  • Order cancellation request is made within 24 hours from your order being assigned to a project manager.

No refund shall be provided in the event:

  • A partial payment was made;
  • The primary design concept has been approved;
  • You have demanded revisions;
  • The cancellation has been made due to reasons unrelated to the Vareweb;
  • Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated;
  • Other company or designer has been approached for the same project;
  • The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span;
  • The business is closing or changing name or business;
  • You fail to respond or reply to Vareweb for 07 business days;
  • You do not fill in and share the Brief Form/Questionnaire within 07 calendar days of making payment;
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances;
  • If a client subscribes for a service package and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service in the package, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire package;
  • In case of any design service, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design for development.

Note: Vareweb holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the delivered designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Vareweb and only Vareweb will be the rightful owner of the designs.

Marketing, Animations, & Other Services

Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (Organic/Paid), Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Pay Per Click (PPC), Google Ads, Google Ranking, Bing Ads, Ad Design, Social Media Post Design, Youtube Ads, SEO Writing, SEO Article Writing, Webpage SEO, AdCopy Writing, Press Release, Illustrations, 2D/3D Animations, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Video Trailer, Video Story/Autobiography:

The above-mentioned services are not eligible for refund, in full or in part.

General Terms and Conditions

Vareweb’ refund commitment is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • No refund is applicable if the required information for the successful provision of the Services is not given to Vareweb within 07 calendar days from payment. If there is a delay or a failure in provision of the Services due to improper communication from you, including without limitation, your omission to fill in and share the Brief Form/Questionnaire with Vareweb within 07 calendar days, the same shall not be attributed to Vareweb and Vareweb warrants no refund or Service in such a situation. You acknowledge that it is solely your responsibility to fill in the required information in the Brief Form/Questionnaire within the provided timeframes.
  • There is no provision for compensation for the delay of delivery under any conditions, until and unless there is an express written agreement signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.
  • No refund is applicable in case you request any changes, alterations or termination in your Engagement Contract/Proposal or Brief Form/Questionnaire. In such an event, the acceptance of your request for changes, alterations or termination shall be dealt with on an individual basis and at Vareweb’ sole and absolute discretion.
  • You acknowledge that no request for refund shall be entertained where you fail to respond to Vareweb at any point in time for a total period of 07 business days after making a payment to Vareweb in respect of Services. It shall solely be the Purchaser’s responsibility to timely respond to Vareweb. In the event there is no response or communication from your end, the Engagement Contract/Proposal shall be put on hold until your response. You shall clear any and all pending invoices that are overdue in such case prior to bringing the Engagement Contract/Proposal live again.
  • In the event Services are being charged at an hourly rate, you may be eligible for a refund for all unutilized hours at Vareweb’ absolute discretion, subject to the terms of the Engagement Contract. If you wish to apply for a refund for unutilized hours, please contact us at contact@vareweb.com.
  • In case of termination of the engagement contract/proposal, Vareweb has a right to deduct any transaction charges incurred. The charges will be deducted from the contract/package/service amount. The remaining amount will be refunded after deductions.

How to Apply For Refund

If you are eligible for a refund and wish to cancel your order, you may send an email at contact@vareweb.com.

Processing of Refunds

Partial Refunds will be processed and mailed within 30 to 45 business days from the date of cancellation and will be brought about using either through the merchant or through a cross-cheque.

Full Refunds will be processed and mailed within 45 to 60 business days from the date of cancellation and will be brought about using either through the merchant or through a cross-cheque.

Amendments

Vareweb may, at any time, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend this Policy from time to time. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of Vareweb’ Website or Services after any such amendments shall be construed as your acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
